Caustic regeneration plant

The economical solution to increase the lifetime of the caustic.

The caustic solution is pumped into the caustic settling tank through a large sized screen which is easy to clean. The sediments and impurities in the caustic settle out and after an appropriate time the clean caustic is returned to the bottle washer using the upper drain valve. The sediments in the cone of the caustic settling tank are neutralized and can be disposed of via a NW100 disc valve.
