Mounting
With the manual packing of bottles (up to 5.000 b/h) the pneumatic manual unpacker saves a lot of muscle strength.
The pneumatic packing head is heald in "weightless" state through the balancer which is attached to the ceiling. The supporting arm, which can be mounted directly on the bottle washing machine, is optionally available. Simple operation is achieved by the pneumatic hand valve. The air consumption is very low. The air pressure required is 1.5-2 bar. The smooth surfaces of the manual unpacker are easy to clean.
In addition to the standard sizes, we also produce every individual custom-made version.
