Machine types for refillable bottles
Depending on the bottle size and shape, PAC Global offers 4 washer types:
Each individual washer series feature several machines with various output speeds. From 1,500 to 3,000 bottles/hour (without pre-soak tank), on the smaller machines, to 5,000 to 12,000 bottles/hour, on the larger units (with pre-soak tank). All machines feature the residual liquid discharge design.

Additional equipment to handle refillable bottles
In addition to bottle washers, PAC Global also offers compact case washers, bottle/case conveyors and pneumatic bottle unpackers that are operator friendly, with minimal maintenance requirements.
The compact crate washers have an output of 750 cases/hour and are equipped with high pressure spay-nozzles and a long treatment zone.
The pneumatic bottle un-packer eliminates a lot of manual labor and can be adapted to different case configurations.
Our Bottle conveyors include all standard components and can also be adapted to fit customer specific design solutions. With the exception of the conveyor chain and guides, all conveyor parts are built with stainless steel.
Crate washers are built to the individual customer specifications and include conveyors, turn-loops, Elevators, Lowerators, case washers and air blow off.
