Project Zermatt

The new Zermatt Matterhorn Brewery in Zermatt/Switzerland contracted with PAC Global to completely plan, design and install their new filling line for 0.5- liter bottles at 4,000 Bottles/hour. The scope of this installation was done under the most difficult and limited space requirements. PAC Global delivered the Bottle washer with pneumatic case un-loader, bottle and case conveyors, bottle inspection screen, loop-turns for cases, case washer and caustic regeneration tank. The residual liquid and metal detection units, as well as the filler and labeler were supplied by our partner companies, which PAC Global has been affiliated with for many years.
